Efficient Scheduling on the Job Site

I’ve been diving into ways we can improve our scheduling on site, especially during the early morning setups. Last week, we saved 30 minutes just by pre-arranging tools in the right order before the crew arrived. I’m interested in hearing how others handle this or what strategies you have implemented to keep things running smoothly.

scheduling can really drive me nuts sometimes. We also started prepping tools the night before, and it’s made a difference. Just having everything in the right spot cuts down on chaos when the crew shows up.

But it’s amazing how small tweaks can save time. I’ve found that organizing tools into labeled bins the night before helps reduce chaos during morning setups. When everything has its place, you can get started way quicker.

I totally feel you on this! We started laying out the tools in a specific order based on the tasks for the day, and it’s seriously cut down our setup time. I’ve noticed we save at least 15 minutes every morning just by being strategic about it. @anderson_j47, have you tried color-coding your tools?
